Had the scale for several months; took too long to read the manual to get this thing to operate. Body Fat monitor and memory? now, I just want to get on the scale and tell me. I use my big toe to turn it on and off and no longer try to compute or retrieve data. Waste of my time. If I had a personal trainer to do it; that would be helpful. My husband doesn’t believe in scales that have manuals.

The scale works and is nice looking that is the positive. The negative would be it seems difficult to understand how to use it. Once you do figure it out you set it aside and next time you want to use it you have to pull the instruction booklet out again. Really unless your a big time healt nut don’t bother with this scale.

This scale is very easy to use and has a lot of features. The best thing is that you get 4 individual profiles and memory log. Four electrodes are used to measure body composition as opposed to the standard two, so I think it’s somewhat more accurate. The only limitation, if you can call it that, is that the memory only has 4 settings, 1, 7, 30, 90 days. You won’t be able to get the readings in between. But overall, I’m very satisfied with this product.

I’ve had this product for a couple weeks. The weight scale is accurate as expected, but the body fat measure is not. My body fat measurement varies every time I measure it. I can try the measurement 3 times within 10 minutes and my body fat measurement varies a difference of 4%. I take the average of my multiple measurements as a workaround, but can’t rely on any one measurement being accurate.
