I have a foam pillow which is medium and pops back into place when you take your head off it, and these pillows were so light weight and soft I thought oh well another ruff night. But to my surprise these pillows sleep really well and pop back into place. They are so soft I thought no way am I going to sleep good but so far i do not wake with a neck ache or headache.
